What is Dysport®?

Dysport®, like BOTOX™ and Nuceiva™, is a neuromodulator made from Botulinum toxin A that relaxes wrinkle-causing facial muscles when injected. However, Dysport® differs from BOTOX™ in that it is primarily used to correct moderate to severe glabellar lines—the vertical wrinkles that appear between your eyebrows. Dysport® treatments usually take less than 30 minutes, with little to no downtime, and patients typically begin to see results within a week. The effects of Dysport® last for up to five months, depending on the patient.
