London Plastic Surgery offers a hands-on preceptorship for healthcare professionals aiming to expand their skills in medical aesthetics. This program provides mentorship in Botox and dermal filler techniques for those seeking advanced practical experience.

What you will learn

  • Facial Anatomy Essentials: Gain an in-depth understanding of muscle structure, vascular anatomy, and nerve distribution to deliver precise, natural results.

  • Managing Complications: How to quickly and effectively handle complications that may arise.

  • Patient Assessment & Consultation Skills: Learn how to assess facial features, including facial anatomy, skin type, and specific concerns such as wrinkles, volume loss, or asymmetry. Learn effective communication to better understand patient concerns, to ensure informed decision-making.

  • Injection Techniques: Practice Botox and filler injection methods to reduce wrinkles and restore volume. Focus on achieving safe, balanced, and aesthetically pleasing results.

Hands-On Training:

Hands-on training is a cornerstone of the preceptorship or mentoring program here at London Plastic Surgery, providing participants with supervised practice sessions. 

Under the guidance of experienced practitioners, all our trainees gain confidence in performing injections, focusing on techniques for Botox neuromodulators to reduce dynamic wrinkles and HA dermal fillers to restore volume and contour. 

Emphasis is placed on proper injection depth, angle, and placement to achieve symmetrical and harmonious facial rejuvenation.

  • Experience real-world use in-clinic learning with hands-on training sessions:

    One-Day Preceptorship: Shadow a fully booked day with Mariam or Jessika (cost: $1000).

    Two-Day Preceptorship: Participate in a full day of hands-on training with live models (provided by the student) for (cost: $1800).

  • Course Highlights:

    Expert Mentorship: Train under the guidance of experienced injectors, Mariam or Jessika.

    Real Patient Interaction: Engage with actual models for hands-on practice, supervised by professionals.

    Comprehensive Skills Training: Cover everything from anatomy to patient care, complications and record keeping, ensuring you’re equipped for safe, effective aesthetic procedures.
