Clinic Manager

Jasna is committed to ensuring staff are supported in ongoing education, developing skills and expertise which in turn benefits all our LPS clients

Jasna brings many years of nursing experience combined with extensive leadership roles to the management of all aspects of London Plastic Surgery & Advanced Aesthetics.

Jasna is married with 2 daughters and enjoys travelling especially to Turks and Caicos.

Surgical Patient Care Coordinator

Jaclyn is renowned for her compassionate dedication to our surgical patients.

As one of the original members of the surgical team, Jaclyn has built a reputation for her unwavering commitment and empathy, ensuring top-notch care for our clients. After rigorous training, she has also transitioned to become a CoolSculpting Specialist.

Now working alongside Dr. Matic in the surgical department, Jaclyn continues to excel in listening to patients' concerns and coordinating staff to achieve their goals, guiding them through their journey from start to finish.

Outide of work, Jaclyn indulges in her passion for travel and exploring new destinations. She also finds fulfillment in contributing to the psychology research and has been featured in reputable journals.

Advanced Nurse Injector

Mariam's dedication to patient-centered care shines through her role as an Advanced Nurse Injector.

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western University, Mariam brings a wealth of education and commitment to her role. Trained in non-surgical injectables by Dr. Matic, she joined the team full-time in 2017, specializing in soft lifts using dermal fillers and BOTOX. Mariam also contributes to consults and post-op care in the surgical division, as well as in training.

Outside of work, Mariam indulges her love for travel, with Japan ranking as her favourite destination. She also embraces adventure, finding excitement in various outdoor activities.

Advanced Nurse Injector

Jessika's unique experience enhances her ability to deliver desired results as an Advanced Nurse Injector.

Jessika's journey from a 14-year tenure as an acute care nurse at London's Victoria Hospital, specializing in pediatric oncology and labour and delivery, led her to her current position as an Advanced Nurse Injector.

She brings expertise and commitment to our medical aesthetics services. Dedicated to staying updated with the latest advancements, Jessika continually pursues ongoing education and is trained in many of our offerings to clients.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jessika enjoys life on a hobby farm just outside London with her husband and daughter, where they raise chickens, ponies, and goats. Embracing rural living adds depth and balance to her life, complementing her passion for patient care.

Medical Aesthetician

Kelly's knowledge and passion of skincare technologies allows her to offer a caring and cumstomized approach to every client.

Graduating with honours from Gina’s College of Advanced Aesthetics in 1991, Kelly embarked on a journey in the aesthetic world under the guidance of Gina herself. After a hiatus to raise her children and explore the business realm, Kelly's passion led her to London Plastic Surgery & Advanced Aesthetics, where she delved into the dynamic field of medical aesthetics. Continuously updating her knowledge with the latest skincare technologies and ingredients, Kelly customizes treatments to meet her patients' evolving needs, instilling renewed confidence through the exceptional services at our clinic.

Kelly's flair for interior design is another passion she nurtures outside of her professional endeavours, often lending her expertise to friends and family seeking decorating advice.

Public Relations & Digital Marketing Coordinator

As the Public Relations and Digital Marketing Coordinator, Sandra oversees all aspects of marketing and brand presence at London Plastic Surgery. From event planning and vendor booths to social media strategy, website design, and email marketing, she ensures that our messaging stays fresh, engaging, and aligned with our clinic’s vision. She also coordinates our team for content creation, helping to showcase real patient experiences and highlight the latest in aesthetic treatments.

Beyond marketing, Sandra is a CoolSculpting® specialist and teeth whitening provider, bringing hands-on expertise in non-surgical cosmetic treatments. With a background in dental hygiene, she has a strong foundation in patient care, precision, and professionalism.

Her passion for aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to blend creative marketing with clinical expertise make her an invaluable part of our team.

Medical Aesthetician

Kelsey's helps clients achieve their skin goals through her expertise in medical aesthetics.

Since graduating with honors from the Aesthetician Program at Lambton College in 2013, Kelsey has been fueled by her passion for medical aesthetics. Beginning her career in 2014, she wasted no time in expanding her skill set and acquiring medical certifications in various treatments. Kelsey offers a comprehensive range of in-clinic treatments, including HydraFacial, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Sciton Laser, and Coolsculpting. Committed to patient education and satisfaction, she empowers clients to reach their aesthetic aspirations through personalized treatments and medical-grade skincare options.

Kelsey was a non-surgical patient at London Plastic Surgery before she became a member of the team.

Laser Specialist

Amani is dedicated to enhancing beauty through precision and expertise in laser treatments.

Amani specializes in laser procedures at London Plastic Surgery & Advanced Aesthetics, drawing on extensive ongoing education and preceptorships with esteemed doctors and dermatologists. Her expertise shines as she collaborates with patients to craft personalized skincare plans.

Amani's passion for skincare traces back to her childhood, where her mother instilled the importance of self-care. Beyond her role at LPS, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and fostering beauty from within.

Hailey is a highly skilled and dedicated surgical nurse with a passion for patient care and precision. She graduated from Western University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, specializing in Operating Room Nursing. She began her career working alongside Dr. Matic as an OR nurse at Victoria Hospital before further advancing her expertise.

Committed to excellence, Hailey completed specialized training at the University of Rochester, NY, earning her certification as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA). She also holds the prestigious Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) distinction, reflecting her dedication to the highest standards in surgical nursing.

With over 2.5 years of experience in cosmetic surgery assisting, Hailey plays a vital role in caring for patients before, during, and after surgery. She works closely with Dr. Matic, ensuring each procedure is performed with meticulous attention to detail and compassionate care.

Outside the operating room, Hailey enjoys playing volleyball, attending concerts, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Her commitment to patient safety, comfort, and surgical excellence makes her an invaluable part of our team at London Plastic Surgery.

Administrative Assistant

Kristen is our dedicated administrative assistant at London Plastic Surgery & Advanced Aesthetics. Warmly known as Kris, she is proficient and adept at providing essential support to the team and clients, helping things run smoothly and efficiently. One of Kris’s favourite hobbies and talents is photography and we are grateful she shares her love for it with us! We have recently benefitted from her expertise in our business marketing.

Lead Administrator

As our Administrative Lead, Najwa plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice. She oversees daily office administration, managing appointment bookings, staff coordination, expenses, inventory, and office procedures. With a focus on organization and efficiency, she helps streamline workflows, maintain records, and improve internal processes to support the clinic’s overall success.

Najwa brings valuable experience from psychiatry, family practice, and school nursing, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care and clinic management. She is also bilingual, fluent in Arabic, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients and provide exceptional service.

Her dedication to efficiency, communication, and patient-centered care makes her an integral part of our team at London Plastic Surgery.

Administrative Assistant

Meryem's dedication to exceptional customer service and care thrives in her role as our trustworthy administrative assistant. Meryem brings years of customer service experience and a drive to cultivate a welcoming, friendly and professional environment for each client and the entire team.

Meryem is fluent in Turkish and holds a diploma in Pharmacy.
