Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days to return/exchange an unopened product from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for return your item must be unused and in the original packaging. If the product is causing irritation, rash, or acne, your return must include a photo emailed to booking@londonplasticsurgery.ca and come in with the product for assessment within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Gift Cards only redeemable for non-surgical treatments/products.
